Transgender - Is The Voice's Sasha Allen a girl?

Sasha first announced to be transgender at the age of high school. Sasha was able to get through these difficult times thanks to his music and the support of family members. Jim and Sasha are both songwriters. They have performed at venues in the area along with open mics and in other places. Even though The Voice coaches did not talk about Sasha's background, the duo and Jim talked about their lives through a short introduction clip that was played before their show. Jim and Sasha discussed the music they listen to and the way Sasha started playing guitar when he was at the age of six. His father is a music instructor, making studying the art of playing easier for Sasha. Sasha was born a female and had a difficult time defining himself as a child. In a recent Instagram post, Sasha opened up about the struggles he had to face. Jim felt emotional when he shared the reasons he was not in a position to assist during these difficult circumstances. When Sasha was a freshman in his high school years, he made the decision to come out as transgender and started transitioning into a male.
